We are a professional women's shoe manufacturer with over 20 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Phase III of Wenzhou Shoe City, China.

3. What size range do you offer?

Our standard size range is European sizes 34-40. However, we accept custom orders for larger sizes.

4. Can we get samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Sample production typically takes 7-20 days depending on complexity. Please contact us for details.

5. Can you reduce shipping costs or offer free shipping?

We select the most cost-effective and reliable shipping method for you. If shipping costs are too high, you are welcome to use your own agent in China.

6. If I'm just starting my brand, can you help me develop a shoe collection?

Yes! We love supporting emerging brands. Our team can guide you through the entire process from concept and sample development to production and packaging, even if you're just starting out. To begin this custom service, a deposit covering sample development and material procurement is required. This ensures we can dedicate the necessary time and resources to bring your vision to life.

7. Can I make changes to my order after confirmation?

Minor adjustments (e.g., packaging or shipping method) are typically possible before production begins. Design or color changes after production starts may incur additional fees.

8. How will I track my order status?

We'll provide regular updates throughout production, sharing images/videos of your order's progress.
